Shrimp peru ceviche. Its a fast easy healthy recipe and above all no all the stars of summer are packed into this fast and easy shrimp ceviche in watermelon cups. Refrigerate for about 1 hr or until shrimp and scallops become opaque. The fearless palate might like this with hot sauce.

Meanwhile in a separate large mixing bowl mix the remaining 12 cup lime juice cucumbers tomatoes cilantro red.

Directions boil salted water. Season to taste with salsa salad seasoning and sea saltpepper. Add 12 cup lime juice and let stand for 15 minutes so the shrimp can cook in.

Stir a couple of times.
