Huayno is a type of folk music and dance which born in andean mountains of peru. They also offer the traveler the opportunity to appreciate performances on the trad. There arewere many famous artists sing or compose huayno folk music.
This predominantly rural area harbors one of the largest concentrations of afro peruvians in the country. Its music is accompanied by cajon and guitar. Annually in june before inti raymi cusco has weeks of events called fiestas del cusco.
